Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EbSnap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. EbSnap is operated by Maas AI Labs LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

EbSnap provides AI-powered eBay listing generation and direct publishing tools. The Free plan includes 1 published listing per month, 10 AI image edits, and 30 AI text generations. Paid plans (Pro, Power) offer higher limits as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

3. eBay Integration

EbSnap connects to your eBay account via eBay's official OAuth system. You authorize EbSnap to create and manage listings on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all listings published to eBay through EbSnap and must comply with eBay's User Agreement, policies, and applicable laws. EbSnap is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You must own or have the legal right to sell all items you list.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, appropriate pricing, item condition disclosures, and fulfilling eBay sales.
• EbSnap's AI generates suggestions — you review and approve before publishing.
• You must not use EbSnap to list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items.
• You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, abuse the AI system, or submit malicious prompts.

5. AI-Generated Content

Listing titles, descriptions, and prices generated by EbSnap's AI are suggestions only. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy before publishing. EbSnap is not liable for inaccurate, misleading, or policy-violating content that you choose to publish.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, submit malicious or prohibited content, or engage in fraudulent activity. Users whose accounts are terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAAS AI LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST SALES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE MOST RECENT CALENDAR MONTH.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Nebraska.
